Rachel Black
Rachel Black is a partner at Susman Godfrey, litigation firm that has been named Vault’s #1 litigation boutique in America every year since rankings began. She specializes in high-stakes commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at trial and appellate levels nationwide. She joined Susman Godfrey in 2001 after completing federal district court and Ninth Circuit clerkships, and made equity partner in 2005—when her first child was only 10 months old. She co-founded MAMAs the next year. Since then, she has helped secure well over a billion dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients. She is the mother of 20-year old Zachary and 17-year old Leah, Bernedoodle Baxter, Goldendoodle Rosie, and Ragdoll kitty Abigail.
Emily Bushaw
Emily Bushaw is a partner at Perkins Coie. She represents employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour class actions, as well as whistleblower, trade secret, and noncompetition disputes. She provides guidance and training on human resources issues, discipline and discharge, employee handbooks and policies, wage-and-hour law, employee classification issues, and arbitration and separation agreements. She is the mother to six year old, Ivy.
Theresa DeMonte
Theresa DeMonte is a partner at McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC, where she practices in the litigation and trial group. She represents clients on a range of claims including property and contract disputes, employment issues, alleged breaches of duty, and defamation. She devotes a significant portion of her time to appellate practice. Theresa is also a mother to eight children, ages two through 23, and enjoys sleeping in her spare time.
Sarah Duran
