Seminar Description: Traveling with your family is such a beautiful way to create memories and broaden everyone's horizons—including learning those profound lessons about our place in the world. The challenges of planning, especially as busy parents, are very real. But it’s so worth it, isn’t it, to find those sweet spots in life when time and experience come together?
This talk will provide a roadmap for traveling together without driving each other crazy. We'll discuss finding destinations that meet your kids where they are, how to get the most bang for your buck, and tips and tricks for making each trip both manageable and memorable…before you launch them out into the world on their own!
Esther Teodoro
I inherited my love of travel from my dad, a freighter captain who saw the world by sea. I live to explore new places and find little-known gems — from that hole in the wall restaurant with the amazing chef's menu to the secret restroom with no line, tucked away in a dusty corner of a museum. As a Corporate Event Planner for large scale clients such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Vulcan, I've spent over 20 years curating and crafting experiences for groups of all shapes and sizes, and my work informed family travel with our two kids and vice versa. I love to put together customized itineraries with just the right mix of exciting adventures and comfortable retreats for each person on the trip — big or small.
TripBeta lets me share with you the "secret" lists (or Beta, as my climbing friends call it) people ask me for when they're visiting a new place. I’m excited to help families experience the world and find their own gems — seeding wanderlust for a new generation. To sign up or learn more about Tripbeta, please email hello@tripbeta.travel.
