This position will support a lead attorney and will be provided with administrative support by way of a Document Clerk and Administrative Assistant to aid in all file management and scheduling related needs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Draft, file, serve routine pleadings, documents, and correspondence.
• Assist with drafting discovery requests, including deposition notices, subpoenas, interrogatories, and requests for admission.
• Utilize Family Soft and SupportCalc for drafting pleadings and running child support calculations and scenarios.
• Utilize Clio for case management, billing and client expense tracking.
• Assist with drafting trial materials, including ER 904 Notice, Witness and Exhibit List, Joint Statement of Evidence, trial subpoenas, and motions in limine.
• Assist attorney with responding to interrogatories and requests for production.
• Any and all other duties as assigned by attorney.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of family law paralegal experience, including case management experience;
• Familiarity with King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County local court rules;
• Familiarity with RCW Title 26;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines seamlessly, including the ability to work independently;
• Ability to take direction and work as a member of the team;
• Ability to track time in billing software;
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• High degree of proficiency in Adobe Acrobat;
• Experience working with FamilySoft and/or SupportCalc a plus;
• Experience working with Clio a plus;
• Ability to problem-solve and to think outside the box;
• A natural sense of curiosity, motivation, and a strong work-ethic; and
• Ability to have fun and remain humble while providing exceptional service to our clients and team members.
