Brief Description
Amaya Family Law is seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Office Manager to join our dynamic legal team. As Office Manager, you will provide essential support to our legal team my onboarding quality prospective clients and helping maintain systems for a busy family law practice. This is a full-time position. This position is in-person.

Job Details
Job Duties/Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the intake of prospective clients;
  • Perform as client liaison for legal team and clients;
  • Manage the off boarding of existing clients;
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining attorney calendar, scheduling client appointments;
  • Any and all other duties as assigned by attorney.
Qualifications: 
  • Keen attention to detail;  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;  
  • Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines seamlessly, including the ability to work independently;  
  • Ability to take direction and work as a member of the team;   
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;  
  • High degree of proficiency in Adobe Acrobat;  
  • Experience working with Clio Grow and Clio Manage a plus;  
  • Experience in family law and law firms a plus;
  • Ability to problem-solve and to think outside the box;  
  • A natural sense of curiosity, motivation, and a strong work-ethic; and  
  • Ability to have fun and remain humble while providing exceptional service to our clients and team members.
