As Office Manager, you will provide essential support to our legal team my onboarding quality prospective clients and helping maintain systems for a busy family law practice. This is a full-time position. This position is in-person.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake of prospective clients;
- Perform as client liaison for legal team and clients;
- Manage the off boarding of existing clients;
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining attorney calendar, scheduling client appointments;
- Any and all other duties as assigned by attorney.
- Keen attention to detail;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines seamlessly, including the ability to work independently;
- Ability to take direction and work as a member of the team;
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe Acrobat;
- Experience working with Clio Grow and Clio Manage a plus;
- Experience in family law and law firms a plus;
- Ability to problem-solve and to think outside the box;
- A natural sense of curiosity, motivation, and a strong work-ethic; and
- Ability to have fun and remain humble while providing exceptional service to our clients and team members.
