The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks an employment litigation associate with 3 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage hour. Demonstrated skill advising clients on workplace policies and day-to-day legal issues a plus. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements with a high level of persuasive advocacy. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Washington.
