Specific job duties include the ability to:
- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills that can be clearly articulated to clients and colleagues alike;
- Educate clients;
- Design and craft custom estate plans utilizing vehicles such as: wills, trusts (both testamentary and inter-vivos), and powers of attorney;
- Analyze and effectuate effective tax avoidance strategies;
- Facilitate entire spectrum of estate administration from client contact to strategy to court appearances if necessary; and
- Construct and implement solutions through the use of TEDRA.
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school or equivalent law clerk program and be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington;
- Have at least 5 years prior experience with estate planning and administration in a sophisticated law firm;
- Be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Though not necessary a background in taxation such as a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or an LL.M in taxation will be given preference.
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and current book of business
Job may be hybrid and/or part-time, for which compensation will be adjusted accordingly.
