Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell LLP is hiring! We are seeking an associate with the following qualifications for either our Seattle or Spokane office:
• Two or more years of experience handling civil litigation; insurance coverage experience preferred but not required
• A desire for a varied, high-quality complex civil litigation practice, including: business/commercial; high-stakes personal injury; insurance coverage; and trusts & estates
• Eagerness for hands-on experience with immediate and increasing responsibility
• Strong academic background
• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
We offer highly competitive salary and benefits, including:
• Base salary range: $135,000-$190,000 (depending on years and type of experience; range listed presumes two to eight years of relevant experience)
• Hours-based bonus: $10,000 for 1,600 hours; $20,000 for 1,700 hours; $35,000 for 1,800 hours
• Discretionary year-end bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, including medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision coverage; disability insurance; life insurance; 401(k) match; and transportation allowance
